Rental Agreement – Terms & Conditions

This set of terms and Conditions is set as an agreement on the conditions on which we (, part of OP Software Limited , Company No. 7147406) will provide the rental of wifi internet devices (router, dongle, mifi) through (the company). The contract is between you and OP Software Limited , U.K registered number 7147406 having its Limited company registered office at 2 Wyevale Business Park. Kings Acre, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR4 7BS and offering this service through its brand SimpliWiFi ( By hiring from you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of this agreement. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions or terms of service, please do not continue to use the website and do not rent any device from us.
We reserve the right to change, update, modify, amend this rental agreement at any time, without notifying you.

Service Offered

The company provides wireless dongles and devices for hire. The wifi device is supplied with a cable for charging/powering and all devices come with a setup and user guide, a mobile data sim card that makes it possible to access the internet.

Delivery Policy

For orders made in advance (7 days or more in advance), we will dispatch the device with it arriving at your nomiated delivery address 1 working day prior to your start of hire date or on the start of hire date(the date you had provided as the start of hire date). We use a delivery service company for the delivery of devices to addresses, we do not control the time of day when the device will arrive at the destination. In some rare occasions, a device can arrive later than expected due to unexpected situations beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure you or someone will be available to accept delivery of the package. We will arrange for the device to be picked up from you nominated delivery address the first working day after your hire has ended.

Refundable Deposit

When you place an order to rent a portable internet device, a security deposit will be added to your balance at the checkout stage. The deposit would be used to cover any damages, loss of the device or any data overages.

If the device is returned in a good working order, your deposit would be paid back into the same account you used in paying for your order.

Returned devices take up to 5 working days to get to us. Refundable deposit would be issued within 10 working days after we have received the returned device.

Use of Hired Devices

You agree to take all resonable care of the device and ensure that it is secure at all times. You are not allowed to and should not

  • dispose of the device
  • modify, alter or attempt to repair the device
  • use the device or internet service accessed through the device for any illegal purposes

Returning the Device

We will arrange for the collection of your hired device the first working day after your hire has ended. It is your responsability to ensure you or someone is available so the device can be picked up. If you miss the device pickup you will be charged for a failed pickup and the current rate of £65 + VAT for each failed pickup.

Rental, Transaction Charges and Handling

We do not store card details on our system. Card transactions are processed through our secure payment system provided by Braintree Payments, a PayPal company.

Rental fees: The rental fee is for the use or the device and would commence from the start date you have provided when you placed your order until the end date you have specified (end of hire date).

Data included in your package:

  • 1 to 7 days hire comes with 16GB of data.
  • 8 to 14 days hire comes with 24GB of data.
  • 15 or more days hire comes with 32GB of data.

We provide you with email alerts when you are 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of your allocated data use, we will allow your data use to go over your allocated data, additional charges may apply.

Cancellation and refunds

No refunds (except your refundable deposit) are given if you cancel your order within less than 5 (five) working days before your start of hire date. This is because we would already have paid our data supplier for your allocated data. You may cancel your reservation/order without any penalty 6 (six) days or more before your start date (start of hire date).

Refunds are processed and issued within 10 working days after the cancellation has been approved.


We cannot gaurantee the device will operate uninterrupted or without any error or that it will meet all of your needs. We can not be held responsible for the quality, speed or reliability of the device or internet access.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employee’s negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the hire cost. We do not own the data supplied through the wifi device used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors, operators or data suppliers thereof.
